What we collect

We collect your email address at purchase, the proof images you upload for extraction, and standard payment information processed by Stripe (we never see your full card number). We also collect basic usage logs for reliability and debugging.

How we use it

Your email is used solely to track your credit balance and associate extraction results with your account. Proof images are processed by our AI system and are not stored permanently — they are deleted after extraction is complete. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Stripe payments

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. WrapExtractor.app never stores your credit card data. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

Image data

Uploaded wrap proof images are transmitted securely, processed, and then deleted. We do not retain your images after the extraction is complete. Output briefs (PDFs, handoff pages) may be temporarily cached for your session.

Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies only — no tracking, no advertising cookies. No consent banner is required because we don't use third-party tracking.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data associated with your email by contacting us. Since we do not retain images and only store your email + credit balance, deletion is fast and complete.
